Guarantee
The eyeglass guarantee covers against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Kindly note if deemed accidental damage than this is not covered by the 12 months warranty.
Returns and Exchanges
Should you be less than satisfied we will provide a refund or full replacement.
We will offer a refund or exchange only on an item returned to us within 14 days.
Please check the date of purchase on the guarantee card.
Please contact us before returning the item to us. This is to enable us to track the package and speed up our return or refund you.
N.B. We will only accept returns if the item is returned in the original box, is unused, with the tag attached and all manuals included.
Please send your returns by insured post.
Please mark the package with the returns authorisation number given to you.
We endeavour to process any returns within 3 working days after received.
