Should you be less than satisfied we will provide a refund or full replacement.
Please contact us before returning the item to us. This is enable us to track the package and speed up our return or refund you.N.B. We will only accept returns if the item is returned in the original box, is unused, with the tag and all manuals included.
Please send your returns by insured post.
Please mark the package with the returns autorisation number given to you.
We endeavour to process any returns within 3 working days after receipt.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
When you ship your glasses from outside the EU, declare no value at the post office and mention that you ship your glasses to us for repair.
Else customs might occur and the parcel will not be accepted.
